Company: Preeminent national real estate auction company with enviable record of success.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, conducting due diligence, and generating new real estate auction business for the company.
In addition, you shall assist Company`s auction marketing and operations personnel by providing input regarding the Company’s auction advertising campaigns, and with gathering appropriate information necessary to hold real estate auctions.
The successful candidates will have strong market knowledge, be "in the flow" of transactions in our target markets and possess deep relationships with owners, brokers and lenders. The candidate should have a detailed, hands-on orientation to the business; have a principal`s perspective on transactions, and a track record of finding and closing value-added opportunities. Preferably, this person has minimum of 5+ years of related real estate brokerage experience (prefer concentration in office and mutli-family products), and a strong academic background.
